Shipping policy

We currently ship within Nigeria only, with a focus on getting your orders to you quickly, safely, and reliably.

Shipping Options & Rates

Within Abuja:

  • Standard Delivery – ₦2,500
    Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing.

  • Express Delivery – ₦5,000
    1-3 days delivery if your order is placed before 12 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Outside Abuja (Rest of Nigeria):

  • Standard Delivery – ₦6,000
    Delivery timeline is 7–10 business days, depending on location.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

  • You’ll receive a notification once your order is packed and handed over for delivery.

  • We do not currently process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted local courier services to ensure your order reaches you on time and in great condition.

Important Notes

  • Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. We can’t guarantee address changes after the order has been confirmed.

  • If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated window, we’ll notify you and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • In rare cases where access to your location is restricted, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable handover point.
